Heritage
Pierre’s parents are both immigrants, one from Venezuela and the other from India. He strives to, as an American, remain connected to his family history, and use his diverse background and perspective to advocate for fellow immigrants and children of immigrants.
Today, immigrant communities across America are under attack. Our fellow Americans are being stripped of legal status, abducted, deported, and wrongfully persecuted. The best protection is to stand in solidarity with friends, neighbors, and those who are unjustly under attack. Ours is a nation of immigrants.
